Coleslaw salad (cabbage, carrots, and cucumber)




Shredded cabbage
Grated carrots
Grated cucumber
Four tablespoons of Pickle relish with syrup
Two tablespoons of sandwich spread or mayonnaise

Blanch cabbage and drain. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
Chill and serve immediately.
